Learning with privacy in mind. Our apps do not collect personal information through app use. Learning progress may be saved on your device. Support emails and visits to this website are explained separately below.

01

Overview

This policy describes the privacy practices of apps published by Ling Yih Jye that link to this page, including our educational apps. We do not collect personal information through app use. The details below about saved maths progress describe Primary Maths Playground specifically.

02

Children, Parents and Teachers

Our educational apps are intended for children, including children under 13, with support from parents, carers and teachers. Primary Maths Playground does not require a child to create an account or provide personal information to use its learning activities.

For children: your maths progress stays on your device. The app does not send your answers or progress to us. If you need help, ask a parent, carer or teacher to contact us.

03

Information Used by Primary Maths Playground

Primary Maths Playground works offline. It does not include advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, in-app purchases or an account service. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera or microphone.

Optional names and reflection text entered during local activities are not sent to us. Use a nickname rather than a child’s full name.

04

Progress Saved on Your Device

Primary Maths Playground uses local storage to save learning settings, the last activity, completion counts, stars, mission progress and explanations explored. This helps learners continue their activities. These records are not sent to us or used for advertising or profiling.

People sharing one app installation share its saved progress. Unfinished puzzles are regenerated when reopened; Grid Architects boards are not retained between visits. The app does not provide account-based cloud syncing.

05

Removing Saved Progress

Parents and carers can remove local app data by deleting the app from the device. Device backups may retain a copy according to your backup settings; manage these through your device or backup provider. We cannot access or retrieve locally stored learning records.

06

Support Emails

Support is intended for parents, carers and teachers. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond. Messages are handled through our Gmail mailbox, separately from using the offline app.

Please do not include a child’s name, school, photograph or other identifying information. Remove personal information from screenshots. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence or to report that a child has sent personal information.

07

Website and External Services

Visiting this website is separate from using our offline apps. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes technical information needed to serve and secure the website, such as connection information. This page does not embed advertising or analytics scripts, external fonts, or forms requesting children’s information.

Email, device backups and external websites are subject to the practices of their respective providers. The app-specific statements about local progress above do not describe the internal storage of every other app we publish.

08

Changes to This Policy

We will update this page and its revision date when our privacy practices change.
